Cowbell Brewery, 40035 Blyth Rd, Blyth, ON

Join us on Ontario's West Coast!

Join your ECFWA colleagues in Huron County - one of Ontario's most agriculturally productive counties, with 2,564 farms controlling total capital assets of over $12.2 billion.

We'll start out our day at a local hotspot, Cowbell Brewery in Blyth, for the AGM and lunch.

After lunch, we'll head out to see the county.

Port of Goderich The Port of Goderich is the only deepwater port on the east shore of Lake Huron. Servicing regional mining, manufacturing and agricultural industries, the Port is an important hub of commercial shipping in southwestern Ontario. Approximately 250 ships dock within the Port of Goderich annually, loading and delivering commodities such as salt, grain and calcium chloride.

Huronview Demonstration Farm The Huronview Demo farm is owned by the County of Huron, operated by the Huron Soil & Crop Improvement Association and monitored by Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority. We'll learn about grassroots, farmer-led research on cover crops, innovative tile drainage, water quality monitoring, and more!

An optional, pay-your-own-way dinner will follow at the Cowbell Brewery.
